150 more years and mission accomplished. And the Left has the wicked, demonic nerve to call the GOP and the Tea Party racist? THIS is the spirit of the Democratic Party, from its inception until …

Apostle Claver: Shut Down the IRS, NOW!

Submitted by on May 14, 2013 – 10:42 am11 Comments

ClaverPresident Kennedy did it.

President Johnson did it.

President Nixon did it.

Perhaps President Bush, the Younger did it.

Now, President Obama has done it.

What have they done? They have used the Internal Revenue Service for intimidation and political retribution.

For years I have been personally referred to the United States Internal Revenue Service as America’s Gestapo. Of all the administrations and agencies of the United States government, the IRS is the most tyrannical arm and most egregious feeder of corruption. It is not a mere collector of revenues for a massively expanding federal government. The IRS is an effective thug force for the benefit of government largesse and the exploitive cronies of capitalism, the willing device for the plunder of the citizenry, and the pipeline for wealth redistribution.

Just the mention of the three letter “IRS” strikes fear into the heart of an American citizen.  Why should any citizen fear any portion of the government in a healthy republic?

Now, with the revelation of this past weekend that the IRS was actively targeting conservative political groups for harassment, the greatest suspicions and fears of patriots have been realized.  Amazingly, even liberal stalwarts have decried the actions of the IRS that seem to have been directed from some yet-to-be-revealed powerbroker in Washington, Devil City.

If I could wave a magic wand… If I could have the Lord Jesus answer a prayer instantaneously… My desire at this very moment is that all the Tea Party organizations across this dying nation come together, for once, under a united banner, theme, and issue, and call for the shutting down of the Internal Revenue Service and the repeal of the 16th Amendment!

I beg every conservative grassroots organization to call on their respective federal congressional representatives to work toward the repeal of the 16th Amendment, the immediate elimination of the IRS, and either returning to the original constitutional formula for remitting revenues to the federal government or the establishing of the Fair Tax, nationally.

From this point on – until the goal of eliminating the IRS is attained – the conservative grassroots activists throughout America should make this the #1 issue for election to all federal offices.  Grassroots orgs should demand that all incumbents make shutting down the IRS (not “cleaning it up”) the #1 platform issue, and before any challenger can receive the endorsement of such orgs.

Shut down the IRS, now!

I agree: Pass a flat tax so we can Repeal the 16th. Also, ass the 28th, and end the Fed. Reserve. Many don’t know that the Fed. Reserve is not part of Gov’t, but a private bank, who controls our economy. There’s a lot of scary stuff going on there.

  • Mark Evans says:

I second that motion, and for emotion I’ll 3rd it and 4th it! Why hasn’t Congress all ready changed our taxes to the fair tax!!!!

  • Greg says:

… and let’s include the UN while we’re at it, please. Talk about an anti-Constitutional, anti-American terrorist/spy network funded by the very people who are being undermined by it–the UN, just like the IRS, is nothing more than a fasco-marxist enclave disguised in sheep’s clothing of “service”.

  • A flat tax is the only fair tax, eliminating lobbying, bribes, kickbacks or special treatment, thus says the Bible. Is the IRS and Washington D.C. and the IRS smarter?
A flat tax sends them all to the unemployment office.

  • Fran Hopkins says:

As a single parent raising four children without child support, the IRS rained their tyrannical injustice on me for the ernings of my x-husband when he worked overseas and I had no access to his pay or pay stubs. They could not locate him so they came after me with a vengence. Garnished my wages, seized my house and left me without sufficient resources to propertly cloth and feed my children for a one year period of time. Through God’s grace and my church family I was able to make it until God cause a miracle to happen to get them off my case, literally. The IRS agency and it’s employees have too much power and too much accessability to a private citizen’s money and resources. The IRS has been ruled tyrannicallly for too long, they must be adsolved. This latest excessive use of power must come to light and the guilt parties brought to justice. All those involved, including the President who has lied about his knowledge of this.

  • Amir says:

Spot on, Apostle Claver! The Infernal Revenue Bureau (I refuse to call them a Service) have been a tyrannical “force majeure” as long as I have walked the earth. The despotic behavior of this administration, especially, has turned the Gestapo against the people in a way that, to my knowledge, has not been used in quite such a flagrant way before. I completely agree, the only way to kill the monster that inhabits Weaselton, District of Corruption, is to starve it of the funding that is its lifeblood. Shut it down!

  • W Sumerford says:

The IRS tax code creates 35,000 lobbyists in Washington DC. They may our politicians rich, crooked, self-serving, and our tax code dysfunctional.

How to resolve: Replace the IRS with the FAIR TAX PLAN. It taxes retail sales only. It does not tax wages, income, death, profits, dividends, interest, capital gains or sale of used items. All legal citizens will get a monthly rebate equal to the poverty level income meaning low income workers pay no tax. Illegals get no monthly check. (a disincentive that would mean many would leave the USA!)
$400 Billion wasted in tax compliance would be saved. $15 trillion offshore $ would return to the USA that would jump start our economy creating millions of jobs! But this plan is so efficient and workable, it will not come from DC. You and I must bring it to DC via demand by our congressman.

The 35,000 lobbyists will leave DC and the gravy train to our congress will be removed. All of the above is a win-win for our country, our citizens, our economy and our government!

  • Phyllis says:

Right on, regarding the IRS and the UN. There is an imbalance in our country today regarding salary and expenditures. It’s hard for most to save money, and then to have to pay penalties and interest to the IRS on money owed. Something has to change. Whatever the answer, we definitely don’t want to jump out of the frying pan into the fire, however. Thank you, brothers, for standing up.

  • Michael Denholm says:

Claver, this is a brilliant suggestion. It is an ideal time to rejuvenate the Fair Tax and eliminate the IRS gestapo. The Fair Tax would transform our nation by moving over $1 trillion into more productive environments. See Rep. Linder and his partners book called The Fair Tax. This system would replicate the Texas sales tax and the States productivity and freedoms. I suggest we get this idea to Huckabee. He’s one of the strongest proponents of the Fair Tax. We need to fend off the Flat Tax idea as just a ruse. That’s what we have now after years of government meddling. We must each write to our congressmen.

  • John Holladay says:

I concur, it is a nest for wrong doing.

Any complex gov control group can be misused.

  • Jimmie Babbitt says:

As I have stated before. We have a golden opportunity. There are 35 States with law suites against the Federal Government. It only take 38 to call for a Constitutional Convention. If we push in that direction a solution to the law suites and many other problems could be fixed. CONSTITUTIONAL CONVENTION!!!

Is anyone listing? I don’t don’t think so. Jefferson Co., Texas may be important, but it is a nation we are trying to save.
